Presto Guests may cancel up to 7 days before the reserved tour’s start time for a full refund minus the cost of any non-refundable tickets (ie Vatican, Colosseum, Uffizi Gallery and other venues which do not allow any refunds), and a 3% cancellation fee imposed by Stripe or Paypal.

Presto Tours must be advised of cancellation in written form by email to kirsten@prestotours.com at least 7 days before each tour in order to receive this refund.

If no written notice is received by this time, the guest will be charged in full for the tour, tickets, and driver services, and no refund will be provided.
