The tours were GREAT! We more than received our money's worth and our guide, John, was a well spring of information on art and history! You have a real prize with him as a tourguide. He made our day interesting and fun; our sincere thanks to him! You can count on us as future customers are our next trip to Rome!

John made our tour of the Vatican a success beyond measure! He is an intelligent man and knows all there is to know about Rome and the Vatican from a historical perspective, an artistic perspective and a political perspective! He gave a tour that was charming, witty, informative and helpful. He really differentiated for the group...supporting those that knew very little and extending the people that already had a basic understanding. I would say that this was truly one of the greatest tours I have ever been on and it is all because of John and his leadership. Please book early and request a tour with John!

I meant to contact Presto as soon as we got home and apologize for letting that get away from me.

Federica, our tour guide, was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her; her English was excellent; she was so knowledgeable about all aspects of Roman art and history; she geared the tour towards our specific interests and was able to keep both my husband and myself, as well as our 12 year old son completely engaged for the day. And on top of all of that, she was funny and pleasant. My only regret is that we did not have her with us the day before when we toured the Vatican.

Also, the woman that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful – I think her name was Audrey (or Aubrey?) but I guess you know wbleepedthat is. I was a little frazzled as I was making the arrangements all at the very last minute and she couldn’t have been nicer.

I would give Presto and especially Federica my highest recommendation.

The Vatican tour was just like you promised. Our wonderful guide, (we never did quite get the spelling of her name) was so knowledgeable. She also was very enjoyable to be with. The train from the seaport was great, just as you said. The return trip to the ship saw the train overloaded, (standing room only), but this may have been caused by the previous train having been cancelled or something. Anyway, except for being tired of walking and standing, it was fine. We also enjoyed hearing a little about our guide's personal life, such as where she went to school, and where she lives and a little about Rome in general. She also had very nice things to say about you, which we very much agree with. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour, especially with this guide. Thank you so much for setting this up. We wish we could have used your company in Naples, as our tour bus there turned out very undesireable. We went back to the ship without seeing anything of Naples. Our tour at Livorno (Pisa) was also memorable and entertaining.
